RegionalOZ is an independent research and publishing platform. It is not the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, or any other Australian government body, and is not affiliated with them.
We do not process applications, issue invitations, assess skills or make decisions about visas.
2. General information is not individualised advice
Articles, guides, comparison tables and directory listings describe general information. They do not consider your qualifications, work history, health, character, family circumstances or timing, and they are not a recommendation that a particular pathway is available to you.
Only a registered Australian migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner can provide individualised migration advice.
3. Visa and DAMA rules can change
Occupation lists, age settings, salary thresholds, English requirements, charges and agreement terms change without notice. A page that was accurate when verified may be out of date today.
Where a page shows a last verified date, treat it as the date of our last check, not a guarantee of current policy.
4. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances
Being in a listed occupation, working in a region or holding relevant experience does not establish eligibility for any visa. Eligibility is assessed against the specific criteria of a visa and the evidence supplied.

Before acting, confirm requirements with the Department of Home Affairs and any relevant administering body for a region or agreement. Official sources take priority over any summary published here.
6. Registered professionals provide individualised assistance
Registered migration agents are subject to a code of conduct and can advise within their authorised scope. You can verify registration through the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.
RegionalOZ receives membership fees from agents listed in the directory. Membership does not influence the general information we publish, and listing is not an endorsement of a professional’s advice.

RegionalOZ does not guarantee a visa, sponsorship, employment, income or permanent residency outcome, and no page on this site should be read as implying one.
